Bones

  1. unidentified bones, domestic cattle (see below) caudal vertebra of dog or fox.
  2. Pig, Wild Boar, Wolf and large cat.

Position in Cave

  1. On the floor of a chamber reached via a traverse and a 6 m bolt route from the Upper Main Chamber.
  2. Upper Main Chamber - a rising rift leads into a flat-out crawl containing bones.

Location of Finds

in situ.

Additional Notes

A proximal domestic cattle tibia from an unknown location in the cave was identified by T. Lord. The bone showed cut marks. The caudal vertebra was found in a steeply descending rift off the main chamber.
